Welcome pack

You have registered your interest. Here is what happens next.

Thank you for telling us about your business. This page is your welcome pack: the steps we follow, what to have ready, the wider Pefwil ecosystem and the policies that apply to you. Keep it as a reference while you wait for our reply.

What happens next

Three steps, and you stay in control.

Registering your interest does not commit you to anything. It is not an application we are obliged to accept, and it does not create a contract between us. Nothing is sold through this site.

1

We read your enquiry

A member of the Pefwil team reads what you sent, including any attachments. We aim to do this within 24 hours. That is a target rather than a guarantee, and places on any programme may be limited and subject to assessment.

2

We reply by email with a next step

Our reply comes from contact@pefwil.com. It may be a short call, a suggested programme, a few questions, or a pointer to the part of the Pefwil ecosystem that fits you best. Check your spam folder if you have not heard from us within two working days.

3

You decide

If a programme suits you, we agree the next step together. Any programme or consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement for that work, which we send you before anything starts.

Where you fit

The stage you chose points to a track.

Our four tracks match the stages on the form. You can move between them as your business changes.

Idea Validation

Idea stage. Test your idea and prove demand before spending heavily.

Business Planning

Startup and early revenue. Create a practical business plan and pitch narrative.

Scale-Up Strategy

Early revenue and scaling. Improve operations, marketing and sales sustainably.

Market Entry

Expansion. Explore Ghana, Ireland and international routes.

Funding and mentorship run alongside every track. If you ticked Funding: we may point you to grants, funding routes, investors or partners and may introduce you to them. That is guidance, not an endorsement or a promise. Eligibility and any decision rest with the provider, so verify the details with them.

While you wait

Have these ready and our first conversation goes further.

None of this is required. It simply means our first reply can be specific rather than general.

  • One paragraph on what you are building and who it is for, if the form answer was brief.
  • Your biggest question or blocker right now, in one sentence.
  • Any numbers you have: customers, revenue, costs, or the result of a test you have run.
  • For Market Entry: which market first (Ghana, Ireland or elsewhere), and why.
  • A pitch deck or plan, if you have one and did not attach it. You can send it by replying to our email: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, JPG or PNG, up to 8MB each.

Please do not send anything confidential that you are not comfortable sharing with the Pefwil team on the basis set out in our Terms of Use, and never include special category data such as health or ethnicity.

Pefwil ecosystem

Three more parts of Pefwil you may be pointed to.

Depending on what you asked for, our reply may include one of these. Each has its own way in, and the Growth Hub and Smart Ousia each have their own policies.

Questions

After you register

When will I hear back?

We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days. If two working days pass with nothing from us, check your spam folder for a message from contact@pefwil.com, then email us.

Did my attachment go through?

If the form showed the "Thanks, we have your details" screen, your files were emailed to us with your enquiry. The welcome email lists the file names we received.

Can I add something I forgot?

Yes. Reply to the welcome email, or write to contact@pefwil.com with the same email address you used on the form, so we can match it to your enquiry.

I am outside the 21 to 30 range. Can I still take part?

The Founder Hub programmes are aimed at founders aged 21 to 30. The Pefwil Growth Hub is open to adult founders of any age, and we will say so in our reply if it is the better fit.

How do I withdraw my enquiry?

Email info@pefwil.com and ask us to delete it. We confirm once it is done.
