1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
This site, hub.pefwil.com (the “Founder Hub”), is operated by Pefwil, trading as Pefwil and Pefwil Founder Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”), Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, D11 H602, Ireland.
These terms govern your use of this website, the enquiry form and the newsletter. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy also applies and forms part of your agreement with us.
These terms do not cover our other services. The Pefwil Growth Hub has its own Terms and Conditions, pefwil.com has its own, and any consulting or programme engagement you enter into with us will be governed by the separate written agreement for that work.
2. What the Founder Hub is
The Founder Hub is where founders register interest in Pefwil’s founder support programmes — idea validation, business planning, scale-up strategy and market entry across Ghana, Ireland and international routes.
The programmes described on this site are aimed at founders aged 21 to 30. If you are outside that range, the Pefwil Growth Hub is open to founders at any age.
This site is free to use. Nothing is sold through it.
3. Registering your interest
Submitting the form registers your interest. It is not an application we are obliged to accept, and it does not create a contract between us.
We read every enquiry and reply by email with a next step. We aim to review enquiries within 24 hours, but that is a target rather than a guarantee. Places on any programme may be limited and may be subject to assessment and to separate programme terms.
When you submit the form you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement;
- the information you give us is accurate, current and complete;
- you are entitled to share any document you attach, and it does not infringe anyone else’s rights;
- you are submitting on your own behalf, or you are authorised to submit on behalf of the business you name.
4. Attachments
You may attach up to five files of up to 8MB each, in PDF, Word, PowerPoint, JPG or PNG format. Attachments are optional.
Files you send are emailed to us with your enquiry and are not published anywhere. You keep ownership of everything you send. By sending it, you allow us to read it, store it and circulate it within the Pefwil team so we can assess your enquiry and respond.
Please do not send anything confidential that you are not comfortable sharing with us on that basis, and do not send anything unlawful, malicious or infringing. We may refuse or delete any submission that breaches this.
5. Newsletter
Subscribing is optional and is based on your consent. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email contact@pefwil.com to opt out at any time.
6. No guarantee of results, and no professional advice
Information on this site is general commercial guidance for founders. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or immigration advice, and should not be relied on as such. Take your own professional advice before making significant decisions.
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result, level of revenue, funding, growth or investment outcome, and we do not guarantee that you will be offered a place on any programme.
7. Funding, mentors and partners
We may mention funding routes, grants, mentors, investors and partner organisations, and may introduce you to them. That is general guidance, not an endorsement or a recommendation, and we do not guarantee that you are eligible or that funding will follow. Verify details directly with the relevant provider and make your own decisions. Where a third party provides a service to you, the contract is between you and that provider.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, send spam through our forms, or use the site to build or train a competing product or any machine learning model.
We may refuse service, remove content and restrict access where these rules are breached.
9. Our intellectual property
The design, code, text, graphics and branding of this site are owned by or licensed to Pefwil and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or republish them without our prior written permission.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates or security, and we may change or withdraw parts of the site without notice.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, business interruption, data loss, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Because this site is free to use, our total liability in connection with it is limited to €100.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
